Cancellation Policy

A doula is not a medical provider and therefore any topics discussed should not be construed as medical advice. A doula is strictly a support person and may offer educational support, emotional support, or assistance creating a birth or postpartum plan. The doula may offer resources and evidence based information as requested by the client but may not diagnose, treat, or recommend a remedy for any ailment. This session is purely for informational and or support purposes. Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hour notice. Refunds may only be given with 24 hour notice of change to the appointment. After 24 hours, no refunds may be given. There are no refunds for adverse outcomes, or client dissatisfaction.
